Refund Policy – Training Course Cancellations
Cancellations by Participant:
Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the start of the course are eligible for a full refund minus a 3.2% credit card processing fee for the registration and refund, a total of 6.4%.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable, but the participant may request to transfer registration to a future course (subject to availability).
No-shows or cancellations made after the course begins are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Cancellations by Organizer:
If Rocky Mountain Police & Fire Chaplains cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid (no processing fee deducted).
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of cancellation approval.
Credit card processing fees (6.4%) are non-refundable, as they are retained by the payment processor.
