We are excited to share that we will be hosting our annual meeting on April 30, 2025 from 9:00am to 5:00pm

We currently serve 124 police agencies, 56 fire departments, and 4 dispatch organizations and are meeting with many more across the Rocky Mountain Region and moving nationally. We are building relationships with emergency responder support organizations, facilitating trainings in multiple states, establishing new chaplain programs, and responding to critical incidents. We are also being invited to teach at national conferences about emergency responder chaplaincy. God is certainly on the move and emergency responders are being supported in amazing ways.
At this year's annual meeting,
we are anticipating about 150 chaplains and agency representatives from across the rocky mountain region
we will be highlighting our partnerships and resources
We will have a partner stamp sheet to encourage attendees to visit each partner throughout the day with a raffle at the end of the day for completed stamp sheets.
if you have “give aways” that we can raffle off during the general session that will help in your promotion
· we will have breakout sessions hosted by our partnersif you have a topic or session you would like to present, we have three open breakouts available.
